Устройство для измерения активного сопротивления обмоток электротехнического оборудования, содержащее стабилизатор тока, вход которого соединен с первым полюсом блока питания, а выход - с одним концом обмотки, другой конец которой через блок нормирования тока соединен со вторым полюсом блока питания, а потенциальные выводы блока нормирования тока подключены ко входу первого аналого-цифрового преобразователя; блок нормирования напряжения, ко входу которого присоединены оба конца обмотки, а выход подключен ко входу второго аналого-цифрового преобразователя; микропроцессор, к входам которого присоединены выходы обоих аналого-цифровых преобразователей и клавиатура, а выходы микропроцессора соединены с дисплеем, с входом управления коэффициентом деления напряжения блока нормирования напряжения, с входом управления блока нормирования тока и с входом управления стабилизатора тока для задания тока, величина которого автоматически рассчитывается на основе предварительного измерения значения активного сопротивления обмотки, отличающееся тем, что между первым полюсом блока питания и входом стабилизатора тока включен импульсный стабилизатор напряжения, вход управления величиной выходного напряжения которого соединен с выходом микропроцессора, а стабилизатор тока выполнен в виде линейного стабилизатора тока.
