Abstract
Способ оценки проходимости маточной трубы, включающий выполнение хромосальпингоскопии при проведении лапароскопии и визуальную оценку состояния и проходимости маточных труб, отличающийся тем, что при выполнении хромосальпингоскопии определяют скорость прохождения жидкого красителя по маточной трубе, и характер вытекаемого жидкого красителя, и степень проходимости маточной трубы оценивают по балльной системе, где: ! 5 баллов - жидкость поступает по трубе в малый таз через 1-3 с после введения свободным широким потоком сквозь свободные фимбрии; ! 4 балла - жидкость поступает через 2-5 с струей; ! 3 балла - жидкость поступает с задержкой на 5-10 с, при этом труба значительно раздувается и жидкость выделяется быстрыми крупными каплями; ! 2 балла - жидкость выделяется медленными каплями после существенной задержки или повторном введении красителя; ! 1 балл - жидкость пропотевает через фимбриальный отдел трубы; ! 0 баллов - жидкость совсем не поступает в полость малого таза, фимбриальный отдел трубы не оформлен, отмечается выраженный спаечный процесс.
