Abstract
1. Способ изготовления изделий из углерод-карбидокремниевого композиционного материала, включающий изготовление заготовки из пористого углеграфитового материала, ее нагрев в замкнутом объеме реактора в инертной атмосфере или вакууме в парах кремния до 1700-1900°С с последующей выдержкой и охлаждением, отличающийся тем, что первоначальный нагрев заготовки до 1700-1800°С ведут при давлении в реакторе 1-36 мм рт.ст. с последующей выдержкой в указанном интервале температур и давлений в течение 60 мин, после чего повышают давление до 150-600 мм рт.ст. и производят охлаждение до 1400-1500°С, а затем продолжают нагрев до 1800-1850°C с последующей выдержкой в указанном интервале температур в течение 1-2 ч и охлаждение при давлении в реакторе 1-36 мм рт.ст. ! 2.
