Abstract
Устройство для усиления железобетонных балок прямоугольного сечения, включающее два элемента усиления (металлические стержни и профили), соединенные с усиливаемой балкой металлическими траверсами, отличающееся тем, что балка дополнительно усиливается двумя накладками из стальных уголков, расположенными на боковых поверхностях балки вверху на расстоянии 40 мм относительно верхней грани, ориентированными вдоль балки полками наружу, соединенными с балкой с помощью эпоксидного клея, стальных шпонок, проходящих сквозь вертикальные полки уголков и углубленных в тело балки на глубину, не менее 1\10 ширины сечения балки, работающих на срез, и болтов, предварительно вклеенных в шпуры заранее высверленные в теле балки, при этом уголки дополнительно соединены с балкой с помощью хомутов П-образного сечения из фиброармированного пластика, обхватывающего с двух боковых сторон и снизу сечение балки по контуру в приопорной зоне и приклеенного эпоксидным клеем к поверхности, являющихся внешним армированием, предназначенных для восприятия сдвигающих напряжений по контакту уголковых накладок с балкой и воспринимающих поперечные силы в сечении балки, при этом зазоры между накладками и плитами перекрытия заполняются мелкозернистым бетоном жесткой консистенции, обеспечивающего совместную работу балки с плитами перекрытия и повышающего прочность нормального сечения.
