Abstract

1. Картридж, содержащий скрепляющий элемент, включающий: ! a. продолговатый корпус, в котором расположен по меньшей мере один элемент для проникновения в ткань; ! b. указанный элемент для проникновения в ткань по меньшей мере частично вмещает скрепляющий элемент; ! c. указанный скрепляющий элемент, содержащий по меньшей мере два фиксатора, соединенных вместе неупругим гибким шовным материалом, не устойчивым к деформации под сжимающей нагрузкой; и ! d. устройство для наложения указанных фиксаторов, подвижно установленное в указанном корпусе. ! 2. Картридж по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий иглу для наложения указанного скрепляющего элемента. ! 3. Картридж по п. 2, в котором указанная игла выступает наружу от центра указанного картриджа. ! 4. Картридж по п. 2, в котором указанная игла имеет прорезь, проходящую по меньшей мере частично от дистального конца в обратном направлении к проксимальному концу указанной иглы. ! 5. Картридж по п. 2, в котором поперечное сечение указанной иглы, перпендикулярное продольной оси, не представляет собой окружность.

Claims (5)

1. Картридж, содержащий скрепляющий элемент, включающий:
a. продолговатый корпус, в котором расположен по меньшей мере один элемент для проникновения в ткань;
b. указанный элемент для проникновения в ткань по меньшей мере частично вмещает скрепляющий элемент;
c. указанный скрепляющий элемент, содержащий по меньшей мере два фиксатора, соединенных вместе неупругим гибким шовным материалом, не устойчивым к деформации под сжимающей нагрузкой; и
d. устройство для наложения указанных фиксаторов, подвижно установленное в указанном корпусе.
2. Картридж по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий иглу для наложения указанного скрепляющего элемента.
3. Картридж по п. 2, в котором указанная игла выступает наружу от центра указанного картриджа.
4. Картридж по п. 2, в котором указанная игла имеет прорезь, проходящую по меньшей мере частично от дистального конца в обратном направлении к проксимальному концу указанной иглы.
5. Картридж по п. 2, в котором поперечное сечение указанной иглы, перпендикулярное продольной оси, не представляет собой окружность.
