Abstract
Ионный диод для генерации нейтронов, содержащий анод и соосно-расположенный внутри анода полый, частично-прозрачный катод, соединенные с источником высокого напряжения и находящиеся в рабочем объеме, заполненном тяжелым водородом, отличающийся тем, что катод выполнен в виде двух параллельных соосных дисков радиуса rK, соединенных между собой с помощью N≥4 металлических тонких стержней длиной h, расположенных перпендикулярно к поверхностям дисков и симметрично относительно оси диода на расстоянии rC от нее, а анод представляет собой цилиндр радиуса rA и высотой H, при этом должны выполняться следующие неравенства: ! ! где Н - высота цилиндра анода, ! h - расстояние между катодными дисками, ! rK - радиус дисков катода, ! rA - радиус цилиндра анода, ! rC - радиус на котором располагаются стержни.
