Способ оформления почтовых отправлений, состоящий в том, что взвешивают письмо, записывают его вес на письме, определяют стоимость отправления письма, наклеивают марки, заполняют стилизованные цифры индекса почтового отделения, их получателя, отличающийся тем, что на клавиатуре одного из многочисленных в данном почтовом отделении аппаратов для распечатки штрихкодов отправитель набирает цифры индекса пункта назначения почтового отправления, а затем цифры идентификационного номера налогоплательщика (ИНН) получателя почтового отправления; распечатывают на самоклеящейся полосе аппаратом для распечатки штрихкодов указанный выше штрихкод получателя почтового отправления; приклеивают штрихкод получателя на почтовом отправлении; при сортировке почтовых отправлений на почтовом отделении, откуда оно отправляется, считывают штрихкод получателя почтового отправления и группируют последние, в соответствии с первой частью штрихкода получателя - данными пункта назначения почтового отправления; при сортировке на пункте назначения считывают штрихкод получателя и раскладывают почтовые отправления, для чего программируют аппарат для сортировки писем так, чтобы каждому получателю почтового отправления, в соответствии с его идентификационным номером налогоплательщика для данной партии сортируемых почтовых отправлений была предусмотрена ячейка с обозначением фамилии, имени, отчества и адреса получателя почтового отправления, необходимых для почтальона, который будет разносить по адресатам почтовые отправления данной партии сортируемых почтовых отправлений; при сортировке следующих партий почтовых отправлений используют ячейки, освободившиеся от почтовых отправлений предыдущей соротировки.
