Способ проведения комбинированной лапароскопической и эндоскопической процедуры, включающий: ! лапароскопическое введение медицинского инструмента через брюшную стенку в полость желудка; ! трансоральное введение внешней трубки в полость желудка для обеспечения доступа к полости желудка; ! трансоральную доставку рабочей насадки к месту проведения операции через внешнюю трубку; ! закрепление рабочей насадки на дистальном конце медицинского инструмента во время нахождения медицинского инструмента в полости желудка. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором этап введения включает такое введение медицинского инструмента через брюшную стенку и стенку желудка, чтобы в полости желудка находилась лишь часть медицинского инструмента. ! 3. Способ по п.2, в котором этап введения включает подвод троакара к полости желудка для облегчения прохождения медицинского инструмента в полость желудка. ! 4.
