Abstract
Способ диагностики и коррекции эндотелиальной дисфункции сосудистых осложнений сахарного диабета в эксперименте, включающий введение в организм лекарственного препарата убихинон-коэнзим Q10, отличающийся тем, что перед введением лекарственного препарата убихинон-коэнзим Q10, в организм животного натощак вводят внутрибрюшинно 5% водный раствор аллоксана в дозе 15 мг/кг веса животного на фоне 24-48-часового голодания при свободном доступе к воде, затем через 48-72 ч определяют уровень глюкозы в крови и при его увеличении, по крайней мере, в два раза, через 14-21 день для коррекции вводят убихинон-коэнзим Q10 подкожно в количестве 0,11 мкл/100 гр веса животного один раз в сутки в течение 30 дней, после чего определяют показатели антиоксидантной системы, концентрацию суммарных метаболитов NO, активность эндотелиальной NO-синтазы и состояние микро- и макрогемодинамики в условиях окислительного стресса, и по снижению этих показателей судят о наличии эндотелиальной дисфункции сосудистых осложнений сахарного диабета у животных.
