Abstract
Способ поверхностной обработки изделий из жаропрочных материалов, включающий облучение рабочих поверхностей изделий сильноточным импульсным электронным пучком, отличающийся тем, что облучение проводят электронным пучком с длительностью импульса 20-50 мкс, энергией электронов 110-120 кэВ, плотностью энергии в импульсе 18-45 Дж/см2 и числом импульсов 2-5 с последующим стабилизирующим отжигом при давлении не выше 10-5 мм рт.ст. при температуре последней термообработки исходного изделия по упрочняющему режиму в течение 2-6 ч.
