Сосуд для фасовки жидких напитков, преимущественно в виде металлической банки, состоящий из емкости для размещения напитка, привальцованой к емкости герметизирующей крышки с панелью выпускного отверстия, контуры которой образованы на герметизирующей крышке специально ослабленной незамкнутой линией для предотвращения возможности полного отделения панели выпускного отверстия от герметизирующей крышки, и рычажного элемента на наружной стороне панели выпускного отверстия, позволяющего, по его задействованию, открыть на герметизирующей крышке емкости выпускное отверстие, обеспечивающее доступ к содержимому емкости, а с внутренней стороны герметизирующей крышки, закреплен выпячивающийся конус, выдвигающийся изнутри наружу после открытия выпускного отверстия рычажным элементом, или под действием внутреннего давления, или принудительно, снабженный закупоривающей крышкой, которая установлена в вершине выпячивающегося конуса, отличающийся тем, что выпячивающийся конус выполнен из тонкостенного упругого металла, причем вершина выпячивающегося конуса отбортована в виде вспомогательного кольцевого буртика, а для закупоривания выпячивающегося конуса использован герметизирующий наконечник с дозирующим механизмом, кроме того, наклон образующей выпячивающегося конуса к его основанию должен быть меньше 45°, а высота конической части выпячивающегося конуса от основания до места заделки герметизирующего наконечника должна быть больше длины герметизирующего наконечника с учетом его заделки в вершине выпячивающегося конуса.
