Abstract
1. Беспроводная система кардиального контроля, содержащая: ! работающий от аккумуляторной батареи ЭКГ-монитор, выполненный с возможностью приема кардиосигналов от электрода, прикрепленного к пациенту, причем ЭКГ-монитор включает в себя приемопередатчик для беспроводной передачи данных сигнала ЭКГ, и ЭКГ-монитор дополнительно включает в себя соединенный с приемопередатчиком блок уведомления о статусе для передачи уведомления о статусе при изменении статуса ЭКГ-монитора; и ! трубку сотового телефона, включающую в себя электронику сотового телефона, выполненную с возможностью связи по сети сотовой связи, и приемопередатчик для беспроводного приема данных сигнала ЭКГ или уведомлений о статусе от ЭКГ-монитора и контроллер, выполненный с возможностью обеспечивать передачу электроникой сотового телефона данных сигнала ЭКГ, принятых от ЭКГ-монитора, в центр контроля по сети сотовой связи, ! при этом контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью отвечать на уведомление о статусе от ЭКГ-монитора посредством, по меньшей мере, одного из a) доведения до внимания пациента уведомления о статусе с помощью трубки сотового телефона, или b) передачи уведомления о статусе в центр контроля по сети сотовой связи, причем контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью задержать передачу заданного уведомления о статусе в центр контроля, чтобы предоставлять время для приема уведомления о статусе устранения неисправности. ! 2. A wireless cardiac control system comprising:! a battery-powered ECG monitor configured to receive cardiac signals from an electrode attached to a patient, the ECG monitor including a transceiver for wirelessly transmitting ECG signal data, and the ECG monitor further includes a status notification unit coupled to the transceiver to send a status notification when the status of the ECG monitor changes; and! a cell phone handset including cell phone electronics configured to communicate over a cellular network, and a transceiver for wirelessly receiving ECG signal data or status notifications from an ECG monitor, and a controller configured to enable ECG signal transmission by the cell phone electronics taken from an ECG monitor to a control center over a cellular network! the controller is further configured to respond to the status notification from the ECG monitor by at least one of a) bringing the status notification to the patient using a cell phone handset, or b) sending the status notification to the monitoring center via a cellular communication network, the controller being further configured to delay the transmission of a given status notification to the monitoring center in order to provide time for receiving notification of the troubleshooting status. ! 2.
