Abstract
Способ определения объема полости черепа включает сканирование мозгового черепа на компьютерном томографе, реконструкцию тонких срезов в костном окне без перекрытия и без промежутков между ними, импортирование и преобразование полученных срезов на платформу персонального компьютера с помощью пакетной программы конвертации файлов в формат, совместимый с платформой персонального компьютера, последовательное редактирование полученных изображений в графическом редакторе с закрытием вручную всех естественных отверстий и каналов основания черепа на каждом срезе, импортирование обработанных изображений как трехмерного объекта в программу прямого рендеринга объема, выделение инструментом сегментации объема внутричерепного пространства и извлечение численного значения объема полости черепа, отличающийся тем, что на стадии редактирования в графическом редакторе, после закрытия костных отверстий, с помощью встроенного макрорекордера создают вручную на одном из верхних срезов шаблон последовательности действий по выделению и заливке полости черепа, затем по записанному шаблону производят автоматическую обработку с помощью встроенного макрорекордера остальных срезов, которые импортируют в программу прямого рендеринга объема, и получают численное значение объема полости черепа.
