Способ неинвазивной дифференциальной диагностики патологии венозных и лимфатических сосудов нижних конечностей, основанный на определении сосудистой недостаточности посредством неинвазивного определения типа микроциркуляции кожи нижних конечностей методом зондирующего излучения с фиксированной плотностью каждой из нижних конечностей пациента, получают аналоговый сигнал в виде кривой зависимости амплитуды и времени, по которой определяют средний показатель микроциркуляции, и по совокупности преобразованных показателей кровотока с помощью Фурье-анализа судят о патологии венозных и лимфатических сосудов нижних конечностей, отличающийся тем, что зондирующее излучение осуществляют в медиальной надлодыжечной области нижних конечностей пациента, которую определяют по расстоянию 1-2 см от верхнего края медиальной лодыжки в условиях исходного кровотока в течение 3-5 мин, после чего повторно производят зондирующее излучение в той же области в положении стоя в условиях исходного кровотока в течение 3-5 мин, и по полученной совокупности преобразованных показателей кровотока определяют форму медленно-волновой гармоники в диапазоне 0,01 Гц - 0,14 Гц и пульсовой гармоники в диапазоне 0,8 Гц - 1,6 Гц, которую сопоставляют с теми же гармониками, полученными при исследовании кожи здорового человека в той же области, и по различию форм этих гармоник диагностируют патологию венозных и лимфатических сосудов нижних конечностей, при этом зондирующее излучение осуществляют лазерной доплеровской флоуметрией.1.
