Abstract

Способ снятия оттисков при протезировании ортопедическими конструкциями, включающий создание модели индивидуальной ложки по анатомическому оттиску с рабочей части челюсти, разметку границ индивидуальной ложки на модели и изолирование поднутрения воском, изготовление модели индивидуальной ложки по отмеченным границам и последующую полимеризацию, припасовку ложки в полости рта и снятия оттиска, отличающийся тем, что оттиск снимают с обеих частей челюсти с одновременной регистрацией центральной окклюзии, гипсование, разметку границ, изолирование поднутрения воском на модели индивидуальной ложки проводят в артикуляторе в положении центральной окклюзии, далее вырезают капроновую сетку в виде зубного ряда, укладывают ее на зубной ряд в области дефектов и заполняют тем же материалом, из которого изготовлена модель ложки, формируют борта ложки путем закрепления в них краев сетки, закрывают артикулятор для получения оттисков зубного ряда в области препарирования и отсутствия зубов и производят полимеризацию, производят припасовку в полости рта, коррекцию смыкания в области центральной окклюзии до получения плотного смыкания с зубами антагонистами, снимают оттиск в положении центральной окклюзии под жевательным давлением.
