Способ иммобилизации L-фенилаланин-аммоний-лиазы на магнитных наночастицах, заключающийся в ковалентном связывании молекул фермента с поверхностью инертного носителя посредством конденсирующего агента, отличающийся тем, что в качестве поверхностно-модифицированного носителя выступают наночастицы оксидов металлов, а в качестве конденсирующего агента используют 1-этил-3-(3-диметиламинопропил) карбодиимид.
