Солнечная установка для очистки или опреснения воды, состоящая из герметичной емкости, выполненной из теплоизолирующего материала, внутренняя поверхность которой имеет покрытие, имитирующее «абсолютно черное тело», сверху герметично перекрыта светопропускающим материалом, на внутренней поверхности которого конденсируется влага из паровоздушной смеси, получаемой при испарении очищаемой (опресняемой) воды, существенно отличается от аналога и прототипа тем, что в техническом решении, для значительного повышения производительности установки, использована системы аэрации очищаемой (опресняемой) воды, а также применено охлаждение верхней плоскости светопропускающей поверхности водой водного объекта, поднимаемой из водного объекта эрлифтом.
