Abstract
Способ пайки сопла камеры сгорания жидкостного ракетного двигателя (ЖРД), содержащего наружную оболочку и внутреннюю фрезерованную оболочку с ребрами, между которыми расположены каналы, образующие тракт охлаждения, размещение припоя, пайку в вакууме и последующее срезание технологического припуска на оболочке, отличающийся тем, что на технологическом припуске оболочки сопла, со стороны малого диаметра, формируют клинообразную щель в виде «ловушки» для втягивания излишнего припоя, при этом суммарный объем каналов в технологическом припуске превышает объем возможного излишнего припоя, а для увеличения капиллярного эффекта изменяют глубину каналов - уменьшают по мере удаления от рабочей части охлаждающего тракта сопла.
