Abstract
APD=0,12·Р+0,15·S-0,025·A+0,06·D+0,002·M+0,014·C-0,22·K+0,31·T-31,7, ! A method for determining the degree of adaptability of a person to diving training by assessing the functional state of the body before and after diving in diving equipment of a regenerative type under water in the pool to a depth of 3 m and staying on the ground for 10 minutes, the indicators of psychophysiological status are assessed before diving, and the state of the functions of the cardiovascular and nervous systems is evaluated after immersion, and then according to the formula:! APD = 0.12 · P + 0.15 · S-0.025 · A + 0.06 · D + 0.002 · M + 0.014 · C-0.22 · K + 0.31 · T-31.7,! where! P is the heart rate after immersion in water in the pool (bpm); ! S - systolic blood pressure after immersion in water in the pool (mm Hg); ! A - information processing speed after immersion in water in the pool according to a proof test with Landolt rings (bit / s); ! D - diastolic blood pressure after immersion in water in the pool (mmHg); ! M - minute volume of blood circulation after immersion in water in the pool (ml); ! C - latent period of a complex sensorimotor reaction with a choice after immersion in water in the pool (ms); ! K is the critical fusion frequency of light flickers after immersion in water in the pool (Hz); ! T - reactive anxiety before diving under water in the pool (points); ! determine the adaptive potential of a diver (APD) during diving training, in points; ! divers (cadets - future divers) who have scored APDs of at least 7.3 points and no more than 16.8 points are assigned to the group having satisfactory adaptability to diving training, 16.81-20.1 points to the group with intense adaptability, and cadets - future divers with less than 7.3 points and
