Способ профилактики местного рецидива у больных местно-распространенным раком молочной железы T2-4N1-3M0-1 с неблагоприятными прогностическими признаками путем лучевой терапии электронным пучком на послеоперационный рубец, отличающийся тем, что воздействуют быстрыми нейтронами 6,3 МэВ в течение 3 сеансов, с двух-трех полей облучения, разовой очаговой дозой - 1,4-1,76 Гр до суммарной очаговой дозы - 25-32 Гр по изоэффекту.
