Abstract
Способ электростимуляции неосфинктера, сформированного из перемещенной мышцы бедра, включающий внутрианальную электростимуляцию внешним аппаратом, причем соотношение периодов стимуляции и покоя стимулирующего тока устанавливается индивидуально в зависимости от функциональных возможностей мышц неосфинктера, отличающийся тем, что первые шесть месяцев после операции с целью формирования неосфинктера по функциональным характеристикам соответствующих естественному наружному анальному сфинктеру, с 13-14 дня после операции проводят электростимуляцию на частоте 100 Гц, начиная с третьего месяца по шестой месяц проводят постепенное снижение частоты стимулирующего тока со 100 Гц до 20 Гц и продолжают дальнейшую электорстимуляцию на частоте 20 Гц.
