Abstract
Способ магнитной дефектоскопии изделий в напряженном состоянии, обеспечивающий обнаружение в процессе эксплуатации зон возникновения и роста местных напряжений, опасных развитием усталостных процессов и разрушением, в изделиях из ферромагнитного материала, находящихся под действием нагрузки и намагниченных с образованием полюсов симметричного магнитного поля на оси симметрии профилей сечений по всей длине объектов наблюдения, отличающийся тем, что об изменениях значений местных напряжений в зонах сечений судят по изменению величины магнитной индукции в попарно симметричных точках сечений на границах изделий, с возможностью определения характера напряженного состояния в зонах сечения по разности значений магнитной индукции в этих точках, а также с возможностью выявления предпосылок к разрушению изделия из-за превышения допускаемых напряжений или нарастания усталостных процессов, сравнением рабочих значений магнитной индукции с данными по эталонным образцам.
