Abstract
Способ определения содержания Pr, Nd и Sm в почвах рентгенорадиометрическим методом, включающий определение микроэлементов Ва, La, Се с радиоизотопным источником, отличающийся тем, что накапливаем исходный спектр анализируемого образца в интервале энергий 31-41 кэВ; проводим вычисление истинных интенсивностей спектральных Kα-линий Pr, Nd и Sm путем построения модельного спектра мешающих Kβ-линий Ва, La и Се с подбором для каждого образца амплитуд Kβ-линий Ва, La и Се, подстройкой модельных контуров по энергетической шкале; вычитаем искажающее влияние Kβ-линий Ва, La и Се, после чего концентрации искомых элементов вычисляем по обобщенной градуировочной кривой зависимости концентраций La, Се, Pr, Nd, Sm от интенсивностей линий.
