Abstract
Способ калибровки датчика потока, включающий испытание калибруемого датчика потока, которое состоит в пропускании фиксированного объема воздуха через калибруемый датчик потока, регистрации и накоплении значений показаний калибруемого датчика потока, математическую обработку зарегистрированных значений и определение калибровочной характеристики, отличающийся тем, что испытания выполняют многократно с различными скоростями пропускания воздуха, при проведении испытаний распределяют регистрируемые значения показаний калибруемого датчика потока по выбранным интервалам, на которые разбивают весь рабочий диапазон значений потоков, измеряемых датчиком, испытания выполняют до получения равномерного заполнения интервалов по количеству зарегистрированных значений показаний датчика, а в качестве калибровочной характеристики используют зависимость реальных значений потока от зарегистрированных значений показаний датчика, которую строят с использованием кусочно-линейной аппроксимации в выбранных интервалах рабочего диапазона значений потоков, измеряемых датчиком.
