Abstract

Diesel fuel based on ethanol, comprises ethanol (60-95 vol.%) and/or a linear dialkyl ether (20 vol.%) with a chain length (including the oxygen atom) of 10-40 and a combustion accelerator (2-30 vol.%) with the condition that linear dialkyl ether (0 vol.%) is excluded and that the combustion accelerator is a hydrogenated vegetable oil, a fatty acid methyl ester and/or a fatty acid ethyl ester or a petrol engine fuel component.

Claims (9)

1.
