Способ контактной лазерной туннельной коагуляции кавернозных венозных сплетений нижних и средних носовых раковин при аллергическом и вазомоторном рините путем воздействия лазерного излучения, отличающийся тем, что контактное воздействие лазерным излучением на кавернозные венозные сплетения нижней и средней носовых раковин осуществлялось после пункции носовых раковин уменьшенной инъекционной иглой для гортани с введенным в ее просвет дистального торца световода на всем их протяжении (3-5 см) от их заднего конца к переднему при выведении пункционной иглы и дистального торца световода с мощностью лазерного излучения на торце световода 7-8 Вт и длиной волны 0,83 мкм в непрерывном режиме, в количестве 1-2 туннелей параллельно один другому с временем наложения 1 туннеля 5-7 секунд, процедура выполнялась однократно.
