Устройство внешней фиксации, содержащее панель, плечевые и поясные ремни, отличающееся тем, что наспинная панель выполнена в виде управляемой гибкой сборки из отдельных сегментов и обладает способностью изгибаться в разных направлениях, где каждый сегмент выполнен с возможностью подвижного соединения следующего сегмента и имеет сквозные отверстия, выполненные с возможностью пропуска через них натяжителя. ! 3.
