1. Способ получения электрической энергии, заключающийся в том, что водород пропускают через разрядное устройство, содержащее, по меньшей мере, два электрода анод и катод, расположенные последовательно по потоку водорода, на анод подают импульсное напряжение, достаточное для возникновения стримерного разряда, а с катода снимают импульсное напряжение для конвертирования и передачи потребителю. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что импульсное напряжение подают с частотой от 35 до 45 кГц. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что величина импульсного напряжения, подаваемого на анод, составляет от 13 до 19 кВ. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стримерный разряд поддерживают со средним током от 0,5 до 1,0 А. ! 5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что импульсное напряжение подают на анод с энерговкладом от 1,7·10-12 до 6·10-12 Дж/мол. ! 6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что водород пропускают через разрядное устройство со скоростью потока от 85 до 110 м/с и направлением от катода к аноду. ! 7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что прошедший через разрядное устройство водород возвращают на вход в разрядное устройство. ! 8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что часть энергии, получаемой с катода после конвертирования и преобразования в импульсное напряжение, подают на анод. 1.
