Abstract
1. Способ оценки и сохранения морфометрических характеристик объектов аквакультуры, включающий сбор, проведение промеров, фиксацию и сохранение для дальнейшего анализа, отличающийся тем, что фиксацию и сохранение морфометрических параметров объектов, находящихся на разных стадиях развития, осуществляют путем преобразования изображения внешнего вида объектов в цифровой формат и создания компьютерной базы характеристик морфотипа и внешнего вида объектов аквакультуры, а морфометрические промеры проводят с помощью графического программного обеспечения, осуществляющего измерение с точностью не менее 0,1 мм. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что преобразование изображения внешнего вида объектов в цифровой формат осуществляют с помощью цифрового оборудования с разрешением не менее 300 dpi при оптимальной освещенности в режиме макросъемки таким образом, чтобы в области фотосъемки находилась линейка для корректировки измерения и этикетка с описанием исследуемого материала. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сохранение изображения внешнего вида объектов в виде цифровой фотографии в банке данных компьютера желательно проводить в формате JPEG или TIFF. 1.
