Abstract
Способ прогнозирования течения артериальной гипертензии у лиц русской этнической группы на основании факторов риска и параметров эхокардиографии, отличающийся тем, что определяют аллельные варианты классических генов иммунного ответа HLA-I класса: В13, В15, В17 и HLA-II класса: DRB1*15; составляют график соответствия определенного HLA-антигена с уровнем риска развития гипертрофии левого желудочка и утолщения сосудистой стенки общей сонной артерии, и при наличии антигена HLA-B13 прогнозируют риск высокого уровня артериального давления и развитие гипертрофии левого желудочка сердца, а при наличии антигена HLA-B15 и HLA-DRB1*15 прогнозируют снижение риска развития гипертрофии левого желудочка, наличие же антигена HLA-B17 уменьшает риск сосудистого ремоделирования.
