Abstract
1. The method of analysis of platelet aggregation, including the conversion by a photodetector of the intensity of a light beam transmitted through a measuring optical channel into an electrical signal under conditions of mixing a blood sample in a vessel, and calculating the aggregation parameters, characterized in that! mixing is carried out by periodically absorbing part of the sample from the vessel into the capillary, followed by its displacement back into the vessel! they convert the intensity of the light beam passing through the portion of the capillary, which is the measuring channel and corresponding to the twofold intersection of the said portion with the meniscus of the sample in each period of its absorption and displacement, into an electrical signal from which! emit pulses, each of which is formed as a result of the intersection of the breakdown of the light beam in the period of absorption and displacement of the sample corresponding to each pulse,! measure the average value of the amplitude Uc of each pulse relative to the level of the component of the electrical signal preceding its leading edge, calculate its mean square deviation σ, and judge the average size of platelet aggregates by the square of the ratio σ / Uc. ! 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the periodic absorption and displacement of the sample is carried out by means of a closed chamber of variable volume. ! 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the maximum volume V1 of the blood sample in the capillary during the measurement is V1 = (0.96-0.98) V0, where V0 is the volume of the sample. ! 4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the portion of the sample comprising at least 0.9 V1 of its volume is subjected to periodic absorption and displacement.
