Турбина двухкрыльевая, содержащая корпус, ротор, снабженный лопатками, причем корпус содержит расположенную внутри ложбину для размещения ротора, а ротор содержит ось вращения, соединенную силовыми элементами с лопатками, отличающийся тем, что турбина состоит из двух крыльев, между которыми расположен ротор, крылья и ротор закреплены между стенками, верхнее крыло содержит ложбину для размещения в ней ротора с минимальным зазором, между двух круглых стенок ротора закреплены лопатки, ротор крепятся к корпусу на оси или полуосях. ! 2.
