Abstract
Упрочняющий инструмент, содержащий корпус и упрочняющую часть, расположенную на его торце, которая выполнена в виде деформирующих колец в форме эллипса, закрепленных в радиальных пазах прижимными планками посредством винтов, отличающийся тем, что деформирующие кольца закреплены на корпусе посредством диска, причем сам диск закреплен на подвижной вращающейся части корпуса - роторе, входящего в состав торцевого асинхронного двигателя, при этом последний содержит неподвижную часть корпуса - статор с витым магнитопроводом, в пазах которого расположена m-фазная первичная обмотка, а выше упомянутый ротор имеет витой магнитопровод, в пазах которого расположена короткозамкнутая вторичная обмотка, кроме того, на опорном стакане, который запрессован в центральную часть статора, закреплен профильный кулачок, воздействующий на деформирующие кольца, вызывая их вибрацию в радиальном направлении при вращении ротора.
