Способ повышения прочности и жесткости цилиндрической трубы при ее изгибе, заключающийся в том, что монтируют пару матриц с выпуклой параболической или эллиптической формой внешней поверхности, соединенных друг с другом через систему гидравлических домкратов, а гидравлические домкраты в свою очередь соединяют маслопроводами с насосной станцией и пультом управления, оснащенным манометрами, оснащают стенд системой электрических датчиков, контролирующих процесс деформирования цилиндрической трубы и отправляющих результаты измерения на пульт управления, по рольгангам вдвигают внутрь цилиндрической трубы с ее торца упомянутую пару матриц, соединенных системой гидродомкратов, с пульта оператор включает насосную станцию, повышает давление масла в системе гидравлических домкратов и раздвигает матрицы вверх и вниз до контакта их изнутри с внутренней поверхностью цилиндрической трубы, контролируя давление масла в системе гидравлических домкратов и внешние габариты цилиндрической трубы, раздает ее в холодном состоянии, разжимает, плющит ее изнутри и пластически необратимо деформирует ее гидравлическими домкратами в овальный профиль с относительной высотой n=2h/b, соответствующий его максимальному моменту сопротивления, определяемому из кубического уравнения , ! где h - высота арки от главной оси X профиля сечения до срединной линии; b - ширина арки по срединной линии; t - толщина стенки, раздаваемой валками трубы; А - площадь овального сечения; ! и главным моментом инерции !состоящего из двух взаимно зеркальных арок, соединенных друг с другом пятами, с образованием монолитного овального трубчатого профиля.
