Abstract
1. Способ формирования антифрикционного покрытия трущихся поверхностей, включающий размещение между трущимися поверхностями смеси технического масла и вещества, формирующего антифрикционное покрытие, содержащего предварительно измельченную композицию природных минералов, содержащую минерал из группы серпентинов, клинохлор и алевролит, причем при приготовлении вещества, формирующего антифрикционное покрытие применяют модификатор, отличающийся тем, что используют композицию природных минералов, содержащую в качестве минерала из группы серпентинов - карпинскит, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: ! карпинскит 40-60 клинохлор 10-30 алевролит 20-50, ! при этом в качестве модификатора используют фуллереновую сажу в количестве 0,3-0,8% от массы указанной композиции природных минералов. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используют хромосодержащую форму клинохлора - кочубеит. ! 3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что в смесь технического масла и вещества, формирующего антифрикционное покрытие, добавляют ПАВ в количестве 2-5% от массы композиции природных минералов. 1.
