Abstract
Способ определения оптимальной локализации внутрисердечного электрода при лечении нарушений сердечного ритма и проводимости путем использования физиологических методов, отличающийся тем, что интраоперационно исследуют сердечный выброс в покое; в каждом положении внутрисердечного электрода исследуют сердечный выброс при максимальной физиологической частоте электрокардиостимуляции; оценивают степень увеличения сердечного выброса по сравнению с исходным уровнем; наибольшая величина прироста сердечного выброса при сравнении различных вариантов положения внутрисердечного электрода демонстрирует его оптимальную локализацию. A method for determining the optimal localization of the intracardiac electrode in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and conduction disorders by using physiological methods, characterized in that the cardiac output is studied intraoperatively at rest; in each position of the intracardiac electrode, cardiac output is examined at the maximum physiological frequency of pacing; assess the degree of increase in cardiac output compared to baseline; the largest increase in cardiac output when comparing various options for the position of the intracardiac electrode demonstrates its optimal localization.
