Abstract
1. Способ получения композита полианилина [ПАНИ(НХ)-TiO2)] с применением геля прекурсора TiO2 и кислоты в качестве допанта ПАНИ, отличающийся тем, что смешивают раствор полианилина [основания] в органическом растворителе, гель прекурсора TiO2 в 2-метоксиэтаноле и раствор допанта в 2-метоксиэтаноле, диметилформамиде, диметилацетамиде, формамиде или N-метилпирролидоне в объемных соотношениях, соответствующих содержанию TiO2 в композите в количестве от 5 до 70 мас.% ПАНИ. ! 2. Способ получения по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве прекурсора TiO2 для получения геля используют тетраизопропоксид титана. ! 3. Способ получения по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве растворителя полианилина используют диметилформамид, диметилацетамид, формамид или N-метилпирролидон. ! 4. Способ получения по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве кислоты и допанта (НХ) используют протонные кислоты: азотную, соляную, додецилбензолсульфоновую или 1-оксиэтан-1,1-дифосфоновую кислоту. ! 5. Способ получения композитной пленки на основе композита, полученного по п.1, отличающийся тем, что композит формируют в виде пленки [ПАНИ(НХ)-TiO2)] спин-нанесением раствора полианилина и геля TiO2 в 2-метоксиэтаноле на подложку при частоте вращения горизонтально расположенной подложки 25-100 с-1 в течение 3-5 мин или окунанием с последующей сушкой на воздухе при 80-150°С в течение 10-60 мин. 1. The production method according to claim 1, characterized in that dimethylformamide, dimethylacetamide, formamide or N-methylpyrrolidone are used as the polyaniline solvent. ! 4. The production method according to claim 1, characterized in that the acid and dopant (HX) use protonic acids: nitric, hydrochloric, dodecylbenzenesulfonic or 1-hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid. ! 5. A method of producing a composite film based on a composite obtained according to claim 1, characterized in that the composite is formed in the form of a film [PANI (HX) -TiO2)] by spin-coating a solution of polyaniline and TiO2 gel in 2-methoxyethanol on a substrate at a frequency rotation of a horizontally located substrate of 25-100 s-1 for 3-5 minutes or dipping followed by drying in air at 80-150 ° C for 10-60 minutes.
