1. Способ просветного акустического зондирования легких, заключающийся в излучении в полость рта кодированного акустического сигнала, приеме отклика акустическим датчиком, установленным на поверхности грудной клетки, построении графика взаимно-корреляционной функции излученного и принятого сигналов, выделении и определении по графику величины задержки максимума взаимно-корреляционной функции от момента излучения и последующем картировании легких по величине задержки, отличающийся тем, что в полость рта излучают широкополосный кодированный акустический сигнал с нижней частотой 80 Гц и шириной полосы частот не менее 200 Гц, прием отклика производят акустическим датчиком вибраций, построение графика осуществляют по модулю взаимно-корреляционной функции излученного и принятого сигналов, выделяют по полученному графику два максимума, а задержку времени определяют как разницу между ними. ! 2.
