Abstract
1. Способ получения эмульсионного косметического средства, включающий диспергирование в растворителе при комнатной температуре малорастворимых компонентов, таких как растительное масло, эмульгатор и биологически активные вещества различного происхождения, твердые порошкообразные ингредиенты (сорбенты или абразивы), при этом компоненты вводят одновременно или последовательно через индивидуальные дозаторы в установку с мощным гидроакустическим воздействием, в которой производят диспергирование компонентов и кавитационную гомогенизацию эмульсии с последующей расфасовкой, отличающийся тем, что режим резонансной акустической кавитации формируется внутри проточной механической колебательной системы-канала, имеющего собственную частоту колебаний f, и расстояние между стенками, образующими проточный канал, равное l, а генерирование звуковых колебаний осуществляется с амплитудой, превышающей порог акустической кавитации для движущейся многофазной среды, состоящей из смешиваемых ингредиентов, минимум в 2-3 раза, причем частота f и расстояние l связаны соотношением: !f=Cк/(4·1), к=1, 3, 5,…, ! где f - собственная частота колебаний механической проточной колебательной системы (канала), Гц; ! C - скорость звука в многофазной среде, м/с; ! l - расстояние между стенками канала, м. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что режим резонансной акустической кавитации с указанными параметрами создается в малообъемной кювете, а амплитуда колебаний устанавливается для неподвижной или слабо перемешиваемой многофазной среды, состоящей из смешиваемых ингредиентов. 1.
