Abstract
1. Способ непрерывного контроля толщины тормозных колодок локомотива в эксплуатации, визуально определяемый помощником машиниста, отличающийся тем, что сигнализация максимального предельного износа осуществляется непосредственно во время эксплуатации и наглядно отображается машинисту в виде светового сигнала, благодаря использованию устройства непрерывного контроля толщины тормозной колодки. ! 2. Устройство непрерывного контроля толщины тормозных колодок локомотива в эксплуатации, необходимое для осуществления заявленного способа, состоящее из тормозной колодки, отличающееся тем, что в конструкцию тормозной колодки через дополнительные отверстия включено от одного до N сигнализаторов, состоящих из пластикового корпуса и металлической части, через которую при износе пластикового корпуса через индивидуальный провод, общий провод, предназначенные для электрического соединения металлической части сигнализатора с сигнальной лампой, предназначенной для визуализации предельного износа тормозной колодки машинисту локомотива, через токоограничивающее сопротивление, предназначенное для защиты от токовых перегрузок ламп, плюс источника питания замыкается через бандаж колеса на рельс (минус). 1.
