Abstract
Способ обнаружения возможности наступления катастрофических явлений, включающий микрорайонирование с размещением исследуемых и опорных пунктов наблюдений на участках с различным инженерно-геологическими условиями, измерение параметров геофизического поля в контролируемом районе и суждение по полученным данным о возможности наступления катастрофических явлений путем непрерывных измерений с выявлением колебаний измеряемого параметра с обнаружением синусоидальных колебаний возрастающей частоты, имеющих амплитуду, статистически достоверно отличающуюся от фоновой для контролируемого района, по которым судят о наличии возможности наступления катастрофических явлений, отличающийся тем, что регистрируют давление волн цунами на дно на частотах 0,003-0,01 Гц посредством донных сейсмографов с широкополосными сейсмическими каналами 0,003-20 Гц, транслируют зарегистрированные сигналы по гидроакустическому каналу связи на дрейфующие буи, размещенные в исследуемых пунктах, зарегистрированные сигналы с которых по спутниковому каналу связи транслируют на опорные пункты, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно регистрируют сейсмические шумы на частотах 0,008-20 Гц на границе вода-грунт, при этом выделяют из спектра горизонтальных составляющих нечетные гармоники 0,003 и 0,005 Гц, а из спектра вертикальной составляющей выделяют четные гармоники 0,002, 0,004, 0,006 и 0,008 Гц, а на береговых сейсмических станциях измеряют уровень прилива. A method for detecting the possibility of the onset of catastrophic phenomena, including micro-zoning with the placement of the studied and reference points of observation in areas with different engineering and geological conditions, measuring the parameters of the geophysical field in the controlled area and judging by the data obtained on the possibility of the onset of catastrophic phenomena through continuous measurements with the detection of fluctuations in the measured parameter with the detection of sinusoidal oscillations of increasing frequency, having an amplitude, statistically significantly different from the background for the controlled area, according to which it is judged that there is a possibility of the onset of catastrophic events, characterized in that they record the pressure of tsunami waves at the bottom at frequencies of 0.003-0.01 Hz using bottom seismographs with broadband seismic channels of 0.003-20 Hz, signals through the hydroacoustic communication channel to drifting buoys located in the studied points, the recorded signals from which are transmitted via satellite communication channel to reference points, which additionally records seismic noises at frequencies of 0.008–20 Hz at the water – ground interface, while odd harmonics of 0.003 and 0.005 Hz are isolated from the spectrum of horizontal components, and even harmonics of 0.002, 0.004, 0.006, and 0.008 Hz are isolated from the spectrum of the vertical component and tide levels are measured at coastal seismic stations.
