Abstract

Устройство перекрытия отвода, содержащее заглушку со стяжными элементами, уплотнительный узел выполнен в виде эластичного кольца, имеющего две внутренние конические поверхности, приводной ключ со штоком и головкой взаимодействующий со стяжными элементами, размещенными внутри полого штока, и фиксирующий элемент, причем заглушка состоит из усеченных конусов, имеющих равный диаметр оснований, соединенных стяжными элементами, конические поверхности эластичного кольца взаимодействуют с наружной поверхностью усеченных конусов, приводной ключ содержит головку, взаимодействующую с головкой стяжного элемента, кроме того полый шток снабжен штурвалом и гайкой и имеет возможность фиксации от поворота шпоночным пазом и шпонкой, а для контроля герметизации отвода установлен патрубок с вентилем соединенный с полостью задвижки, отличающееся тем что, заглушка состоит из прижима с коническим основанием с центральной выступающей частью в виде шпильки с нарезанной резьбой и навинченной на нее гайкой для взаимного стягивания прижима и клина, отверстием в указанной шпильке с внутренней резьбой для закрепления заглушки в головке приводного ключа, клина с двумя наружными коническими поверхностями с разными уклонами с центральной выступающей частью в виде шпильки с нарезанной резьбой и навинченной на нее гайкой для взаимного стягивания клина и корпуса, корпуса с пазами с установленными в них удерживающими (фиксирующими) элементами («сухарями»), взаимодействующими с поверхностью клина, при этом конструктивно заглушка имеет возможность раздельной фиксации и герметизации (перекрытия) в трубе.
