Способ определения водорастворимых витаминов в премиксах, включающий измельчение, взятие навески, экстрагирование соляной кислотой, центрифугирование, помещение полученного раствора в мерную колбу, хроматографирование в обращено-фазовом варианте с использованием градиентного режима элюирования, в качестве элюентов используют раствор перхлората лития и ацетонитрила, отличающийся тем, что экстрагирование проводят с помощью ультразвука в течение 15-20 мин при температуре 38-42°С, центрифугируют 10 мин при 8000 об/мин, раствор перхлората лития используют в концентрации 0,005 М, градиент элюирования от 0 до 26% ацетонитрила за 14 мин.
