Abstract

A method of forming a crusty wall active layer of straight-through tubular catalysts of heterogeneous chemical reactions, including the pulsed deposition of nanodispersed material on a prepared surface of a carrier wall, characterized in that, in order to increase the catalytic activity of the layer, adhesion strength, abrasion resistance, reduce the consumption of precious and rare-earth metals as well as the expressness of the technology, the process of dispersion and fixing is carried out by the method of electrical explosion of coaxially placed inside the pipe conductors of metals, alloys and their chemical compounds.
