Abstract
Устройство для эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава с заменой суставных поверхностей и профилактики остеопоретических переломов проксимального отдела бедренной кости, содержащее интрамедуллярный армирующий элемент, отличающееся тем, что содержит сферический элемент эндопротеза головки бедра, в котором втулка сферического элемента эндопротеза головки бедра вместе с блокирующим винтом выполнены на всю длину шейки бедра и использованы в качестве армирующего элемента шейки бедра, в проксимальном отделе бедренной кости установлен интрамедуллярный штифт, имеющий поперечный косой канал для фиксации указанной втулки с блокирующим винтом, а верхняя часть интрамедуллярного штифта снабжена цилиндрическим усеченным наконечником, при этом усеченная часть наконечника упирается в боковую поверхность блокирующего винта, установленного в отверстие втулки.
