Способ диагностики опухолей (аденомы, рака) щитовидной железы с помощью математического моделирования, характеризующийся тем, что в математической модели: ! нет опухоли Y1=-4,59+2,68·Х1+2,66·Х2+3,96·Х3+1,66·Х4+3,67·Х5+3,97·Х6+0,82·Х7+1,41·Х8+1,09·Х9 ! есть опухоль Y2=-14,45+5,87·X1+5,36·X2+7,15·X3+3,32·X4+6,15·X5+7,07·Х6+1,69·Х7+3,24·Х8+2,51·Х9, ! где X1 - интранодулярный кровоток, Х2 - неровный контур, Х3 - гипоэхогенность, Х4 - кальцинаты, Х5 - неоднородность, Х6 - отсутствие ободка «хало», Х7 - папиллярные структуры, Х8 - внутриядерные включения, Х9 - быстрый рост узла, ! определяют значение классифицирующих функций для Y1 и Y2, при наличии признака ставят значение «1», при его отсутствии - «0», если значение Y2 больше, чем Y1 устанавливают диагноз опухоли (аденомы, рака) щитовидной железы, если значение Y1 больше Y2 исключают диагноз опухоли (аденомы, рака) щитовидной железы.
