Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture and can be used to increase drought tolerance of plants, in particular potatoes.
A known composition for increasing drought tolerance of potatoes, including camposan (β-chloroethylphosphonic acid). This tool to increase the drought tolerance of potato plants has significant disadvantages: low efficiency in increasing resistance to drought, insufficient preservation of viability in conditions of moisture deficiency.
The aim of the invention is to remedy these disadvantages, i.e., to increase the effectiveness of the action.
This goal is achieved by a composition based on 2-chloro-ethylphosphonic acid (camposan) (I) and sodium humate (II), taken in a ratio by weight of I: II equal to (1-1.4): 1.25, respectively.
Sodium humate is a well-known growth regulator that significantly increases drought tolerance, provides stable yield and good quality potato products in conditions of acute moisture deficiency.
The proposed composition allows you to get a guaranteed crop in extreme conditions of drought, increases the productivity of water use by a potato plant.
The composition for increasing the drought tolerance of potato plants is used in the form of a wetting powder, which when mixed with water forms a stable suspension, the composition is used by spraying the plants in the budding phase (at a plant height of about 25 cm). The mixture is prepared immediately before processing the plants. The flow rate of the working fluid is 400 l / ha. Processing is carried out by a tractor sprayer.
П р и м е р. ч. : I: II 1-1,4: 1,25 соответственно.PRI me R. The experiments were carried out on plots with a record area of 50 m 2 , the experiment was repeated four times. Varieties of potatoes Nevsky and Lugovskoy. The soil of the experimental plots is leached chernozem with the following agrochemical indices of pH 6.4, humus 6.6%, mobile phosphorus 9.2 mg and exchange potassium 12.3 mg per 100 g of soil. The predecessor is annual grasses on green fodder. In the phase of potato budding (with a plant height of about 25 cm), the plants were treated with the composition of the invention. To process 1 ha of potatoes, take 140-200 g of the drug camposan. Drought tolerance of potato plants is assessed by changes in the rate of chloroplast reduction of potassium ferricyanide in a reaction medium that does not contain CO 2 and a medium enriched in CO 2 . The magnitude of their relationship characterizes the drought tolerance of plants: drought tolerance is greater with an increase in the absolute value of the ratio. As can be seen from the data table. 1, in the variant with the treatment of potato plants in the phase of the beginning of budding with camposan at doses of 140-200 g / ha, the ratio of the rate of reduction of potassium ferricyanide by chloroplasts in the reaction medium without CO 2 and in the environment enriched in CO 2 varies from 1.10 to 1.12 . Using sodium humate in the phase of the onset of potato budding for Nevsky variety, the ratio of these indicators is in the range 1.09-1.14. In the embodiment with the claimed composition, the ratio is 1.02-1.36. The highest indices were observed with the ratios of the components: camposan (I): sodium humate (II), wt. hours: I: II 1-1.4: 1.25, respectively.
2: 1= 1,2. So, with a ratio of components of 1: 1.25, a value of 1.36 was obtained with ratios of 1.2: 1 = 1.27, 1.4: 1 = 1.26, 1: 1.14 = 1.28, and at the exit outside the ratio of the components of the claimed composition there is a sharp decrease in this indicator of 1.8: 1 = 1.05, 1: 2.5 = 1.06, 4: 1 = 1.04 and 2: 1 = 1.2.
2, 3. Accounting for the potato yields of two varieties in different moisture years (1989 - was extreme in moisture, arid year, 1990 - wet) against the background of processing plants in the phase of the beginning of budding at a height of about 25 cm are presented in table. 2, 3.
In 1989, the potato variety Nevsky increase against the background of the prototype was 2-5 t / ha, in the variant with sodium humate used in the same phenological phase, an increase to the control of 1-3 t / ha was obtained, and against the background of the claimed composition 9 t / ha . Similar data were obtained in the dry year for the potato variety Lugovskaya.
In the wet year of 1990, the increase in both varieties is less substantial. For camposan (prototype), in comparison with the control, it amounted to 1-2 t / ha in the Nevsky variety, and in the variant with the claimed composition is 4 t / ha. A similar trend was noted in the variety Lugovskaya.
ч. I: II, равном 1-1,4: 1-1,25. Thus, the optimal composition for treating potato plants by spraying in the phase of the beginning of budding in order to increase its drought tolerance and productivity in conditions of deficiency is a composition consisting of growth regulators: camposan (I) and sodium humate (II) with the following interval values of the initial components of the composition in wt. hours I: II, equal to 1-1.4: 1-1.25.
From the data table. 3 shows that the use of the claimed composition in the ratio of the components of camposan (I) and sodium humate (II) in wt. h. (1-1,4): (1-1,25), respectively, in a dry year increased tuberization of potatoes. In studies, a synergistic effect was noted with the joint use of the components of the claimed composition. So, with the ratio of components of camposan (I) and sodium humate I: I, the difference between the expected and actual mass of tubers is +14, and with the ratio of camposan: sodium humate 1.4: 1 reaches +62 and with a ratio of 1.4: 1, 25 is +25.
3). When the ratio of components goes beyond the specified limits, there is no synergistic effect (see data in Table 3).
