Abstract

The utility model relates to a device for storing and displaying products made from fresh cut flowers. The device contains a lower part in the form of a stand with a through channel for the fastening element and with a groove-groove for fixing the upper part, as well as an upper part in the form of a radially tapering upwardly to form a round dome-shaped transparent container with upper and lower holes. A vertical fastener with an external screw thread passes through a channel in the base and is fixed in the base by a fastener with a threaded hole. An additional fastener with a threaded hole (nut or sleeve) is attached to the vertical fastener from the side of the cap. The technical result of the utility model is to ensure reliable fastening and retention of the fastening element by means of a thread, which, in turn, ensures reliable fastening of the flower composition. 3 h. p. f-ly, 5 ill.

The utility model relates to stands for cut flowers, bouquets, floristic compositions.

Known are various flower vases and methods for their manufacture under patents SU 1811792 A1, SU 1811792 A1.

There is a known flower vase containing a cavity wall with upper and lower surfaces and an inlet / outlet, characterized in that the wall is formed of a hard fatty substance with wicks, capable of melting and burning together with a wick or wicks placed in the wall (RU 2 309 651 ).

The disadvantage of the known solutions is the lack of protection of the flower composition from a significant number of sides.

The closest analogue of the proposed utility model is a technical solution according to the PRC patent CN 107089436, according to which a glass container for storing dried flowers is proposed, consisting of a base and a solid glass cap, while smooth pins were fixed on the base to hold dried flowers.

The disadvantage of the closest analogue is the fact that it is not intended for storing freshly cut flowers, does not imply the presence of water and objects of high humidity inside the container, does not contain nodes or features of strong strengthening of the pins in the base.

A device for storing and displaying products from fresh cut flowers is proposed, containing a lower part in the form of a support with a through channel for a fastening element and with a groove-groove for fixing the upper part, as well as an upper part in the form of a radially tapering upwardly to form a round dome-shaped transparent container (caps) with upper and lower holes, characterized in that a vertical fastening element with an external screw thread (pin, stud) passes through the channel (hole) in the stand, and is fixed in the stand by a fastener with a threaded hole (nut).

In a particular case, several channels can pass through the support, in each of which it can be fixed along a vertical fastening element.

In a particular case, a solid polymer (plexiglass) or glass can be used as a material for the manufacture of the upper part (cap), such material can be colored (dyed). As a material for making a stand, you can use pressed cardboard (papier-mâché), wood, plastic, chipboards, etc.

The wall thickness of the hood is from 0.15 cm to 0.4 cm.

The diameter of the fastener (stud) can be from 4 to 12 mm.

Another additional fastener with a threaded hole (nut or sleeve) can be attached to the vertical fastening element from the side of the cap.

The use of the proposed device allows maintaining the required humidity inside the product and around the flowers placed in it, while air enters through the upper opening, ventilation is carried out, decorative transparent walls do not fog up, water vapor does not condense and does not flow onto the base, the formation of mold and other fungi on surface of flowers.

The main technical result of the proposed solution is to ensure reliable fastening of the fastening element by means of a thread, as well as the possibility of easy replacement and adjustment of the vertical fastening element. The reliable fastening of the fastening element and the cap fixed in the groove ensure constant confident fastening of the flower arrangement, reducing physical influences on it, including wind.

Symbol R conventionally denotes the radius of rounding of the dome of the cap.

The declared object is industrially applicable, can be manufactured industrially and used as a decorative stand for freshly cut flowers.

The product is assembled and used in the following way: when composing a flower arrangement, the size of the product is selected that corresponds to the aesthetic task of composing a bouquet. Depending on the product, a vertical fastener of a given length is selected and fixed in the base by means of a nut. The means of fixing flowers are fixed to the fastening element: clips, tucks, floral foam, etc. The flowers are fixed on the fixing means, after which the cap is fixed in the groove of the lower part.

For industrial purposes, the product is compiled and sold without fixation means and flowers, in which case flower shops become its purchasers.

The proposed device is a form of storage and arrangement of bouquets, which is equally convenient for

producers and consumers. The rod is securely attached to the base, is able to withstand heavy loads (flowers and wet floral foam together can weigh more than a kilogram) without deformation and tearing out, flowers are protected from mechanical stress and pollution, the hole in the cap allows you to regulate the ventilation of the inner opening of the container.
