Abstract
1. Применение кремнийсодержащего белого шлама (БШ), продукта, образующегося при автоклавном удалении кремния из алюминатных растворов глиноземного производства, в качестве сорбента для очистки промышленных стоков от соединений свинца, кадмия. ! 2. Сорбент для очистки промышленных стоков от соединений свинца и кадмия по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используют кремнийсодержащий белый шлам нейтрализованный марки А, производства Богословского алюминиевого завода в виде порошка состава, мас.%: ! Оксид кремния 20-25 Оксид алюминия 25-35 Оксид железа 3-10 Оксид кальция 3-10 Оксид натрия 15-20 Оксид серы 3-6 Оксид калия 0,5-2,0 Свободная щелочь, не более 0,02 Массовая доля влаги не более 15 ! 3. Способ применения кремнийсодержащего сорбента для очистки промышленных стоков от свинца и кадмия путем введения сорбента в стоки с последующим перемешиванием и разделением жидкой и твердой фаз, отличающийся тем, что используемый в качестве сорбента кремний содержащий белый шлам вводят в массовом соотношении 5,0÷50:1 к количеству соединений свинца или 5,0÷10:1 к количеству соединений кадмия, содержащихся в сточных водах, при этом процесс сорбции с перемешиванием ведут в течение времени от 6 до 32 ч. 1.
