Abstract
1. Способ комбинированной интенсивной пластической деформации металлической пластины, заключающийся в деформировании пластины путем равноканального углового прессования продавливанием пластины через пересекающиеся первый и второй каналы матрицы, отличающийся тем, что пластина в конце первого канала подвергается дополнительной деформации изгиба по ее высоте и деформированию пластины во втором канале с изменением формы ее поперечного сечения в виде гофра. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что гофрирование пластины во втором канале осуществляют с уменьшением поперечного сечения пластины. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в конце второго канала пластина приобретает первоначальную форму поперечного сечения. ! 4. Устройство для осуществления способа по п.1, состоящее из пуансона, матрицы, первого и второго каналов, продольные оси которых расположены под углом друг к другу, отличающееся тем, что конец первого канала выполнен волнообразным, поперечное сечение второго канала выполнено в форме гофра. ! 5. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что второй канал выполнен с поперечным сечением меньшим, чем в первом канале. ! 6. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что конец второго канала выполнен с восстановлением первоначальной формы поперечного сечения пластины. 1.
